This agreement, known as the “Privacy Policy” (hereafter referred to as the “Policy”), is a publicly binding contract between DevPlanet and its customers. It is based on Article 387 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and adheres to the current Law “On Personal Data and Their Protection” in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
